Early Victorian rosewood open tub chair. This tub chair stand upon turned and fluted front legs with original castors and swept back legs. Period Victorian the seat being of a stuff over form (very comfortable) the shaped back of the chair featuring a carved and pierced back splat and supports. The shaped top rail being of a deep buttoned form. Size: height 28" (71cm) width 29" (74cm) depth 30" (76cm) seat height 14" (36cm) seat depth 23" (58cm).
