Vintage striped Turkish rag rug

these authentic flat-weaves (Kilims) from eastern Turkey were handwoven by nomads, circa mid-20th century to be used as floor coverings in their tents and winter homes. They were made to use for everyday life rather than re-sale and export purposes and today they are very popular in interior design world for their contemporary simple designs and affordable prices. We have traveled extensively across Turkey in the last 20 years and carefully picked the sturdy and aesthetically beautiful Kilims, pile rugs and other authentic handmade works of textile, tribal and folk art which are getting harder and harder to find especially in good condition. We now hand-stitch these old flat woven Kilim rugs together in our workshop to create room size and custom size floor coverings that are practical, very decorative and suitable for both contemporary residential and commercial interiors.

Delivery Details

Delivery will be completed by a parcel service such as UPS, DHL, or FedEx.
You will receive a tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment.
Delivery will take place between 9am and 5pm, Monday to Friday.
A wooden crate may be used for intercontinental shipments for maximum protection.
Item will be left in its packaging after delivery.
A signature will be required upon delivery.
