Vintage Afghan handwoven cotton Flatweave Dhurrie Rug. Full of tiny details and a bold expressive design combined with exuberant colors , this hand-woven wool vintage Afghan Dhurrie room size rug is a captivating vision of woven beauty. The abrashed field is covered in a repeating geometric pattern composed of juxtaposed star motifs arranged in five vertical columns. Triangular amulets are symmetrically interspersed between the star motifs highlighting the authentic and archaic spirit of tribal art. It is enclosed with a series of geometric border that work together to leave viewers completely encapsulated with this piece.
