Vintage Design

large Bakalowits chandelier made of gold-plated brass. This classic of modern Viennese lamp manufacturing combines a modern ring-shaped construction using classic materials, crystal prism hangings (77mmx20mm); and glass caps (15mmx15mm). These chandeliers were made to order in his time; a number of hanging brass rings could be ordered. In this piece, 5 rings are mounted on one level and the 6th ring was placed above it as a visual counterpart to the cascade shape of the lower rings. This object harmonizes all rooms thanks to its geometry, the crystal pendants sparkle and give a subtle shine.
