Small moton Subas rug by Sebastian Herkner Materials: 100% natural virgin wool. Technique: Naturally dyed fibers. Hand-woven in Colombia. Dimensions: W 160 x L 220 cm. The Subas Karo rug, available in three sizes, is a subtle, monochrome design by Sebastian Herkner, who experimented with mixing different structures and surfaces. The entirely handmade piece combines a stripe and checks pattern as well as various pile heights and weaving techniques, giving the wool rug a contemporary feel while showcasing the artful craftsmanship of the Colombian weavers. It’s understated, yet the intriguing design that’s great for adding textures to any room.
