Pascal av. Montaigne is an original tempera and golden oil painting on a light blue paper, realized in 1956 by the artist Esy Belluzzi. Hand-signed, titled and dated in pencil on lower right margin. This contemporary artwork represents with synthetic line and shapes a circus player is exercising with the tape and a ball in one of his acrobatic numbers. In excellent conditions, with some light and minor golden stain on higher and left margin. This artwork is shipped from Italy. Under existing legislation, any artwork in Italy created over 70 years ago by an artist who has died requires a licence for export regardless of the work’s market price.
