An armchair / Easy Chair imported by us from Italy in the "Lady's Size", that is, an only minimally smaller version of a classic Easy Chair from the period.

The style and sweep around the armrests is clearly reminiscent of Marco Zanuso's design of the "Lady" armchair (counterpart was the "Senior" armchair). Zanuso was the first designer in the 50s who made concessions to the ladies with this design, which went beyond the cocktail chair. Comfortable sitting and reading was from now on also possible for the ladies.

The chair was purchased in Italy, imported and restored from scratch. Foam, webbing, buttoning, fabric, base fabric, etc. were selected according to quality criteria and processed by a very experienced upholsterer. The armchair has the comfort of a modern piece of furniture and the flair of vintage mid-century design. The "Lady Size" can of course also be used for men and is perfectly suited to more modern, cramped living conditions. Fabric in British Petrol Velvet (velvet), feet in solid brass.
