Pastel under glass signed Van Caulaert. (1897 - 1969) Jean-Dominique Van Caulaert is a painter, poster artist, illustrator and French decorator. He composed his first show in Belgium in 1916. In 1923 and 1924 he illustrated covers of sheet music for a Belgian publisher, Music Office, which will also work for Magritte and other painters.
