Large round dish in 19th century Japan porcelain, with polychrome and gilding decor.
Benefiting from a mural, this object is richly painted with multicolored vegetation surrounding two scenery illustrating a pagoda sheltered under a cherry tree.
Stylized friezes where geometric motifs and delicate arabesques alternate, make this dish an electric testimony of Japanese artisanal creations of the 19th century.
