About This Piece

A beautiful large oil painting on hardboard, “Lasers Give Pictures”, made by Jan Withofs in Belgium in 1968.

The harmonious use of green and red shades combined with intriguing linework makes this a beautifully appealing piece of art. The piece seems to represent two red laser breams, possibly drawing a picture as the title of this work suggests. The soft use of colours, transition and shapes makes this a most elegant addition to the interior that will seamlessly blend into many different kinds of decors. It’s a highly recognizable piece by Belgian artist Withofs!

Signed, named and numbered at the top left and bottom right corner as well as on the back, as shown in photos.

The piece remains in good, vintage condition with minor wear consistent with age and use, preserving a beautiful patina.
