Full title: Au Theatre de la Renaissance: Sarah Bernhardt dans "Phèdre" de Racine. Original lithograph on wove paper by Henri de Toulouse-Lautrec, with red monogram stamp of the artist. Hand numbered in pencil "53" from the only edition of 100 prints. Printed and published by L'Escarmouche. Wonderful sheet, with very minor signs of wear (only a minor tear and a very small loss on right margin) and excellent contrasts. This artwork is shipped from Italy. Under existing legislation, any artwork in Italy created over 70 years ago by an artist who has died requires a licence for export regardless of the work’s market price. The shipping may require additional handling days to require the licence according to the final destination of the artwork.
