This high-quality indoor fountain titled 'Ark' was hand-crafted by the German ceramist Martin Reinhardt (*1959 +2013) during the 1980s.

Reinhardt presented his work in exhibitions and fairs in Frankfurt, Tokyo, New York, and Graz since 1979. The artist also created larger water art objects, large-scale fountains, wind art objects, and mosaics.

The postmodern sculptural shaped housing of this fountain is made from glazed ceramic in terracotta and turquoise tones consist of two parts:
A base with brass metal feet that contains the electric pump and the upper part (cover) with the integrated water jets.
