Porcelain figurine representing a French horn player from the "Monkey Band" (Porzellanmanufaktur Scheibe-Alsbach, Germany, 1970s). Painted in polychrome and gold. The "Monkey Band" ('Affenkapelle') was originally designed by Johann Joachim Kändler for Meissen Porcelain Manufactory in the mid 18th century.

Height: 15 cm/5.9''; width: 9 cm/3.5''; depth: 7 cm/2.8''. Fully marked at the bottom, impressed: 4012/4.

Excellent original condition. No chips, no cracks.
