French Modern Black Iron and Ivory Shade Three Legged Floor Lamp, 1950s

About This Piece

Vintage Design

This striking floor lamp was produced in France in the early 1950s. The lamp consists of a three legged base and thin stem, all in black lacquered iron. The iron outward bending legs in a curved movement give the lamp a delicate and elegant appearance. The drum shade is custom made in an ivory color fabric with a fine texture.

The lamp has been rewired and comes with a footswitch and 220V European plug.
