French Dish from Tressemann & Vogt, 1890s

Vintage Design

Very beautiful large plate, decorative dish in good quality porcelain with polychrome painted decoration of a final scene from Charles Perrault's famous tale Puss in Boots, written at the end of the 17th century.
The colors are bright and the scene is very finely illustrated by hand. It has a golden edging all around.
This dish is a real painting on porcelain.
A green T&V Limoges France stamp is on the reverse of the dish.
This large decorative dish is therefore a Production of the Limoges porcelain factory Tressemann et Vogt, this green T&V stamp was used from 1892 to 1907.
The dish is sold with its wall mount.
