About This Piece

Vintage Design

Swivel armchair in curved beech, Thonet spirit, adjustable in height, whose seat and curved backrest are in caning and in perfect condition.
The bentwood armrests are profiled in the extension of the backrest.
Below, the seat is supported by an element of four very thick wooden branches, fixed on a screw thread allowing the height adjustment of this seat.
The foot is composed of a central shaft from which four double concave and turbulent wooden elements start for perfect stability and solidity.
Functional armchair, not very imposing, very stable and offering great robustness, this beech office armchair is designed to last over time. Notice to amateurs.
