About This Piece

Statue in ash signed by the sculptor Emilie Le Neuthier (XXth).
This sculpture represents Saint Anne and the child Mary. Titled "Santez Anna", the patron saint of Brittany, she is considered to be the grandmother of Jesus.
The young girl carries a banner with the inscription "Peneit Evidomp" which translates as "Pray for us".
This work will appeal to lovers of religious objects and biblical art.
