Vintage Design

Made from poplar wood, this charming storage chest would originally have been used to store valuables and personal possessions. A fixed panel, providing a 'hidden' section below the middle drawer, that has since been adapted to create a bottom drawer for ease of use and practicality. The extra deep drawer now makes perfect storage for larger and more bulky items. Each drawer has a single, small ring handle fitted centrally.

With a highly distressed blue and cream lacquer finish, worn to show the more natural wood beneath, this lovely chest makes an attractive accent piece for a bedroom or living area.
