Rome, a superb capital full of history and culture. In the background, the Colosseum and Christian symbols: The monogram of Christ (THE Chi-Rho Christogram - assembly of signs that form the name of Christ) as well as the fish "Ichtus" secret sign of recognition and rallying of Christians. Below right, a lyre arm, a popular instrument in ancient civilizations. In France, the lyre is the symbol of song and poetry. Oil painting, acrylic, screen printing inks on canvas stretched on a wooden frame. Does not require any framing. Claude Géan is a French painter, photographer and designer who has exhibited his art internationally since the 1970s. Working in expressionist pop art and an urban style, Géan translates his memories of travels, landscapes, symbols and imageserotic in his art.His method begins with a drawing which is then scanned, the choice of color being made using tables.Then he builds texture on the canvas by applying several coats of oil and acrylic paints.Akoun listed, I-CAC listed, Drouot and Artprice referenced and present in many private collections in Europe: (Netherlands, Belgium, England, Germany, Italy, Portugal, Greece, Sweden ...
