lovely black lacquered hand polychrome painted vintage writing table with birds and flowers A very good looking and decorative piece, made in the Chinese Chinoiserie style. The birds and flowers are beautifully hand painted using exceptionally hard Polychrome paint This is a writing table or desk, it has a good sized work area and would fit almost any setting with style charm and grace We have cleaned waxed and polished them from top to bottom, it is a vintage piece so has various marks and scratches all over in the lacquer, they are very hard to see in the pictures but they are there Dimensions Height 78.5cm Width 138 cm Depth 77.5cm Please note all measurements are taken at the widest point Condition Please view the very detailed pictures as they form part of the description around condition Please note vintage period and original items such as leather seating will always have natural patina in the form of cracking creasing and wear, we recommend regular waxing to ensure no moisture is lost, also hand dyed leather is not recommended to sit in direct sunlight for prolonged periods of time as it will dry out and fade.
