Beautiful antique marine oil painting on canvas, early 19th century. Excellent pictorial quality. Large antique Italian painting beautiful marine scene where some galleons fight in battle in the stormy sea. Excellent color rendering with great use of colors, note the great prominence of the blue shades of the sea. The canvas is original and has not been relined, it only has some small repairs.
