Outstanding quality pair of antique Japanese satsuma vases having a quality pair of shaped Japanese Satsuma vases with gilded circular shaped tops, with fantastic detailed hand painted decoration of figural and landscape scenes within blue and gold boarders decorated with flowers and scrolls in vibrant blue, gold, brown, green and white and white colours with a blue ground raised on circular gilded bases.
