Ideal for bedroom, living-room or bathroom spaces, this piece combines apparent simplicity with rigorous geometry. Handcrafted in pure Athenian White Volakas Marble in a small village on the north of Greece (Drama) famous for its marble quarries, this piece pays hommage to the famous Greek ancient civilisation, Acropolis & Parthenon. Natural volakas marble is a metamorphic rock that morphs from limestone under extreme heat and pressure deep with the earth. It also contains dolomite along with limestone which gives it different colors and tones.The tradition of marble curving & sculpture that draws back thousands of years ago with the famous greek sculptors Phydias & Praxitelis is still alive today.Amphiclea marble mirror carved by hand conveys a feel of modernity while presenting the luxury gathered by nature and enhanced by human interpretation. Matt polish finish. Signed by the maker & designer.
Since we do not like to paint the surface of our marble stones with transparent paints or resins, we apply three coats of the highest possible level of protective penetrating sealant. This will preserve both your piece and the natural feel of the marble,
Maintenance:As far as maintenance goes, do not use cleaners containing abrasive cleansers, ammonia, bleach, acid or even “homemade remedies” made from lemon, vinegar and the like. Simply use water or a neutral detergent. It will be more than enough.

Delivery Details

Delivery will be completed by a parcel service such as UPS, DHL, or FedEx.
