With smoking gun and steadfast stance, Clint Eastwood's silhouette punctuates the striking sunset design of this sought after B2 poster for the 1972 Japanese re-release of Sergio's Leone's 1965 Spaghetti Western sequel 'For A Few Dollars More.' Following Leone's landmark 1964 low-budget Western 'A Fistful of Dollars,' the so-called "Man with No Name" returned for the second film in the legendary director's unofficial 'Dollars Trilogy,' teaming up with a bounty hunter in order to capture a murderous outlaw and split the reward. Concluding with 'The Good, the Bad and the Ugly' in 1965, Leone's trilogy rejuvenated the Western genre, created the popular Spaghetti Western sub-genre, and set its mysterious anti-hero gunslinger Clint Eastwood on the road to legendary superstardom.
Unfolded, not backed. Minor edge wear. Very faint diagonal pressure creases along edges which appear to have occurred during printing. The odd light crease through image. Colours excellent. Unframed.
